Straight Tinsel Hair comes in a wide range of 20+ colors and can be mixed into Festival Braid for festival/rave braid styles or box braids, braided into your hair as is, tied onto small sections of your hair, or installed with microrings/linkies. It is not hot water set.
Or save blending time with Sparkle Braid! Our Sparkle Braid is a mix of straight tinsel and the same high heat fiber as Festival Braid. Currently available in solid and ombré colors, with lots more on the way. It's perfect for festival and rave braid styles!
Tinsel doesn't handle dry heat very well, so we recommend avoiding hot tools like curling irons and straighteners for all of the products in this category. The tinsel won't melt, but it will singe very quickly and easily.
Our tinsel products do not have an alkaline lye coating on them, but if you've got a sensitive scalp, it never hurts to do an ACV rinse anyway!
