Services & Estimates: Orders placed and paid for by 8:00 AM PDT Monday through Friday usually ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM PDT are usually shipped the following business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders placed while we are closed over the weekend ship out on Monday.
After that, delivery times depend on where you're located and which shipping method you choose. The times listed below are estimates and are not guaranteed; sometimes the mail is slower during times of high volume like holidays, delayed due to bad weather (especially during winter), and sometimes international packages are delayed due to customs.
"Priority Mail" and "Priority Mail Flat Rate" are the same service, just different prices. If both options come up for your order, it's best to go with whichever one costs less :)

We are unable to offer expedited/overnight delivery, and we do not ship via UPS or FedEx. The only available shipping options are the ones listed above.
Shipping Costs: Orders of $60.00 or more ship for free anywhere in the US. If you choose the free shipping option during checkout, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail (whichever is more economical).
For all other orders, shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, where it's being shipped to, and which shipping method you choose. The fastest way to get shipping quotes is to add items to the shopping cart and click on the "estimate shipping" link to enter your city, state, country, and postal code.
If you'd prefer a quote via e-mail, message us with a complete list of the items you'd like to order along with the shipping address, and we'll be happy to look them up for you.
Signature Confirmation: Signature Confirmation is available for an additional $3.00 for any orders shipped to addresses in the United States. Signature Confirmation means that your mail carrier will need to get a signature from someone at your address in order to deliver the package. If no one is available, the package will usually be held at the post office for pick-up.
Fees & Import Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties. We are not responsible for customs, VAT, or any other charges you may incur if you are an international customer. If fees are a concern, please contact your country's customs office, postal service, and any other applicable agencies prior to ordering.
Please note that some of our products cannot be imported into certain countries (for example, about half of our catalog contains items that cannot be sent to Italy). We recommend researching import restrictions prior to ordering, as you may have to change or cancel your order if it contains items that we cannot ship to you.
Delivery Times: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Domestic: All domestic orders are shipped through USPS with free tracking included, except for samples. Color samples are sent via USPS First Class Letter, which takes around 3-7 business days to be delivered and is not trackable.
International: First Class Mail International cannot be tracked in most countries; occasionally packages may be scanned while they are still in the United States, but it varies from shipment to shipment and they are not scanned once they leave the counter. Priority Mail International and Express Mail International include tracking. Color samples are sent via First Class Letter, which takes around 1-4 weeks to be delivered and is not trackable.
General: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the value of the goods. Please note that return shipping is not refundable.

Returns: All items must be in their original, unopened packaging and clearly unused in order to be eligible for a return. If an item is returned to us opened, used, or late, we will not accept the return and the item will only be sent back at the customer's expense.
Exchanges: We're very sorry, but we do not do exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order for what you'd like to replace it with.
Incorrect/Damaged Items: In cases of incorrect (for example, the wrong color or size) or damaged items, we offer the option of either a replacement with the correct item or a refund.
Refunds: Our return address is a PO box. We check the PO box and process returns once per week, on Monday afternoons. We issue refunds immediately after we process returns, but it may take anywhere from a few hours to 3-5 business days for the refund to begin showing in your account.
