Priority Mail Express packages are guaranteed to be delivered on or before the date that shows at checkout. A signature is required for delivery.
The guarantee only applies to Priority Mail Express packages shipped to the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. US territories, overseas military addresses, and all international shipments are not guaranteed.
Delivery Estimate
Many Priority Mail Express packages arrive faster than the guaranteed date, but we recommend planning for it to arrive on the day that shows at checkout.
Due to COVID-19, Priority Mail Express packages currently do not have a set delivery time; your shipment may arrive as late as 6-9 PM.
Signature Requirement
A signature is required for delivery on all Priority Mail Express shipments. If USPS attempts to deliver your package and no one is available to sign for it, it is your responsibility to pick the package up from the post office.
If you choose to pick up the package later than the original guaranteed date, shipping is not refundable.
Moneyback Guarantee
If a delivery attempt is not made on or before the date that shows at checkout, two options are available:
- You can return the order for a full refund. We will also pay for return shipping.
- You can keep the order and get a refund for the shipping cost.
Shipping is not refundable if no one is available to sign for the package when USPS attempts delivery.
The guaranteed date is the one that shows at checkout and on your order confirmation, not the one that shows on the USPS website. We are the ones covering any potential refunds, not USPS, so our date is the one that applies.
