If you just can't decide between two colors, wear 'em both with color change hair!
Solar Hair is a type of synthetic hair that changes color when exposed to direct sunlight. It reacts to the light itself and not the heat from the sun. The brand that we currently carry for solar hair is RastAfri's Mood Braid. This hair does not have an alkaline lye coating on it, but if you've got a sensitive scalp, it never hurts to do an ACV rinse anyway!
Thermal Hair is made from saran or polypropylene fiber (depending on the color) that changes color in reaction to changes in temperature.
Thermal Hair has very fine strands and is prone to tangling, so it's important to be careful and gentle when separating it. It also has a bit of a waxy feel to it. We do not recommend wearing thermal hair loose, and recommend doing an ACV rinse before installing; it can sometimes help a bit with the tangling.
