The discounts are per product, not for the entire category. For example, if you order 10 packs of Pre-Stretched 26" in Neon Lemon Lime, you'll get 10% off. If you order 5 packs of Neon Lemon Lime and 5 packs of Citrus Orange, there's no discount because those are two different products.
