100% synthetic glow in the dark braiding hair. RastAfri's Glow Braid is white under normal light and glows bright green in the dark.

Glow in the dark hair needs to charge in sunlight in order to glow. If your hair isn't glowing or is glowing very faint, put it in direct sunlight for a few minutes, then try again. The longer it's in the sun, the brighter it will glow!

Color Matching

We do our best to take careful photographs of our products that show their appearance accurately. However, every screen is calibrated differently, and different types of lighting can affect color appearance, so the way a color appears on your device may not be exactly how it looks in person.

We recommend ordering color samples to ensure an accurate match.

Please make sure to put the sample in a plastic bag along with a note indicating what product you want your sample matched with (for example, something like "kanekalon jumbo braid" or "RastAfri marley braid") and your email address in the envelope. When we receive it, we'll match it up and let you know what comes closest.

Please do not put your e-mail address inside the plastic bag. The only thing that should be in the bag is the hair sample.

We are also happy to take color comparison pictures for you. If you'd like to see a few similar colors side by side, contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible!

    Exclusive colors, pack kinda thin tho

    I love the colors and this hair really does glow in the dark and when stretched properly it can reach down to past my butt, which is probably 34". However, the packs are thin. I have a Mohawk haircut and it usually takes me 3 packs to do a full head without skimping my braids, I have been braiding my hair long enough to be able to accurately guess how many packs I would need.. It took 7 packs in including highlight colors to do knotless braids, I was expecting to do a full all white set with 3 packs of this hair only. I ended up using this in tandem with the white kanekalon jumbo braid assuming that jumbo meant there would be more hair. It was not. They were the same size. Thank you for having colors I couldn't find tho, I will be buying again. I just feel that although we are paying for color exclusivity (and that's fine nbd), there should be enough hair to complete a look without having to pad with other colors.

Please note that the delivery estimates on the USPS website are estimates only and are not guaranteed; your package may arrive later than the estimate. If you are having your hair done by a stylist, we recommend waiting until you receive your delivery before scheduling your appointment.

Services & Estimates: Most orders placed and paid for by 8:00 AM PT Monday through Friday usually ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 8:00 AM PT usually ship out the following business day.


Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.


Orders placed while we are closed over the weekend ship out on the following Monday.


After that, delivery times depend on where you're located and which shipping method you choose. The times listed below for USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, Free Shipping, and all of the international options are estimates and are not guaranteed; sometimes the mail is slower during times of high volume like holidays, delayed due to bad weather (especially during winter), and sometimes international packages are delayed due to customs.


USPS Priority Mail Express is a guaranteed service for shipments delivered in the United States. The guaranteed delivery date is the one that is displayed in the shopping cart during checkout and on your receipt, not the one on the USPS website. Sorry, but we cannot guarantee overnight delivery, and we do not ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. We do not ship to any countries other than the United States, Canada, Japan, Norway, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand. The only available shipping options are the ones listed above.

Shipping Costs: Orders of $75.00 or more ship for free anywhere in the US. If you choose the free shipping option during checkout, your order will be shipped by whatever shipping method (or combination of shipping methods) is most economical. For all other orders, shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, where it's being shipped to, and which shipping method you choose.


Returns Policy
General: You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the value of the goods. The 30 days begins when you receive your delivery, and ends when you mail the return. Transit times do not count towards the time limit for returns.


Closeout lots are considered a single product for return purposes. In order to get a refund on one, you must return the entire closeout lot.


Please note that shipping is not refundable. You do not need to contact us before sending your return.

Returns: All items must be in their original, unopened packaging and clearly unused in order to be eligible for a return. If an item is returned to us opened, used, or late, we will not accept the return and the item will only be sent back at the customer's expense.


Exchanges: We do not do exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund, and place a new, separate order for what you'd like to replace it with.


Incorrect/Damaged Items: In cases of incorrect (for example, the wrong color or size) or damaged items, we offer the option of either a replacement with the correct item, store credit, or a refund. Please do not use the product, especially if it's damaged, as we will need you to return it.


Refunds: We issue refunds immediately after we process returns, but it may take anywhere from a few hours to 3-10 business days for the refund to begin showing in your account.

Our return address is a PO box. We check the PO box and process returns once per week, on Monday afternoons.
