'Tis the season for the mail to be slowwww!
Package delivery is always a little slower around the holidays due higher volume and harsh winter weather. The COVID-19 pandemic has meant that the postal service (and private couriers like UPS and FedEx) have been dealing with that kind of volume nonstop since March.
So now when those extra holiday packages start going out, it's going to be pandemic volume + holiday volume + snow. Yikes! Because this kind of thing is pretty unprecedented, we recommend getting your domestic Christmas and New Years Eve orders in before Thanksgiving this year -- not just from us, but in general.
If you are outside the US, it's best to stick to options you can find locally. We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas or New Years Eve for international destinations this year.
